Never follow behind or on the side of a vehicle with exposed cargo.
One day you're enjoying a nice ride down the highway and out of nowhere comes a shower of trash, furniture, debris, etc. What do you do? This is an actual scenario I have personally witnessed on more than one occasion. Never follow too close behind a vehicle with exposed cargo. If that cargo comes unsecured, you will find yourself in a maze of debris. Most states have laws against unsecured loads but that doesn't mean it can't happen. Even secured loads have fallen off vehicles. When you see these vehicles give yourself extra room to maneuver in case of an emergency. Even better get away from them. Have fun, be safe.
