Watch your surroundings.
We are always hearing about looking out for what's in front, back and side of us but what about what's over us? I make it a habit when approaching an underpass to look up. There have been incidents of people throwing objects from overpasses and that's instant danger for you. A small object may seem harmless to look at but put gravity and you traveling at 65 mph into play and you will quickly know it is a whole different story. Ask anyone who has ridden in rain what do rain drops feel like when you're traveling on a motorcycle at speed. The faster you go the more painful the rain drops.
It doesn't even have to be a person. There could be loose material or objects hanging from an overpass that could come loose and strike you. These incidents may be rare but worth keeping in mind. When you make looking up at these locations part of your normal routine, you'll do it without even recognizing you are doing it. In the meantime have fun, be safe.
