At one point or another we all made this decision.
Now that you have decided that you want to learn how to ride a motorcycle, the next logical question may be how do I start? Everyone is different so what works for one person may not work for another.
First we have the motorcycle safety courses. Although this is the preferred method it may not be the most practical for some. First you have the cost. Some may want to take it but simply don't have the financial resources to do so. Second you have the location. Some courses can be far away from where you live and traveling to the locations isn't possible for you. Third you have the fear. Some people need to build up their confidence to do it so they may want to speak to others first to see how they did it. Fourth you have the self starters. There are those people who can get on a motorcycle and start riding like it was in their DNA. Congratulations to those who are that fortunate. What all this really means is you have to decide which method works best for you and no one can tell you that. You know yourself and your learning capabilities better than anyone else. Which ever route you take just remember to take it slow and be safe. In the mean time have fun, be safe.
