Securing your property.

We probably all have done it, left your gloves or helmet on your bike and walked away.

As a motorcyclist it is hard to believe that someone would take your safety equipment that you will need. Imagine spending hundreds of dollars for a nice new helmet for it to walk away while you were getting a coffee. It happens and it sucks. Add to that being in a state that has a helmet law and then getting pulled over and getting a ticket because you were not wearing a helmet. I know this scenario because I was there when the gentleman that this happened to got caught. Don't let this happen to you. Secure your property and if that's not possible take your property with you. It may be an inconvenience but a well worth one. This also goes for storage compartments and soft bags. Lock them if possible, if not take them with you. Have fun, be safe.
